The Skoda 14Tr Trolleybus in Kaunas

Lithuania's second city, Kaunas, is served by a fleet of around 150 trolleybuses running on 14 routes. In this article Ian tells the story of Kaunas' 14Tr fleet in the context of the system's development and the major political and societal changes which took place in Lithuania as the country moved from an unwilling member of the USSR to a modern independent state within the European Union.
